Bu gizlilik politikası, Tarot Zen: Burç & Fal mobil uygulamasının
(com.tarot.zen) kişisel verilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulamayı
kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Kısaca: Hesap açmanız gerekmez, e-posta veya telefon numaranız istenmez. Profil bilgileriniz cihazınızda saklanır. Yapay zekâ yorumu istediğinizde bu bilgiler yorumu oluşturmak için sunucumuza iletilir, yorum üretildikten sonra sunucuda saklanmaz. Fal geçmişiniz yalnızca telefonunuzda kalır.

Bu veriler sunucumuzda kalıcı olarak saklanmaz. Yorum üretildikten sonra istek içeriği bellekte tutulmaz; ne profil bilgileriniz ne de yorum metniniz sunucu veritabanımıza kaydedilir. Yorum sonucu yalnızca sizin cihazınıza döner ve orada saklanır.
Uygulama şunları toplamaz: e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, hesap/şifre, rehber kayıtları, fotoğraf galerisi, hassas konum verisi, sağlık verisi. Uygulamada kayıt veya giriş sistemi yoktur.

KVKK (6698 sayılı Kanun) ve GDPR kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya işlenmesinin kısıtlanmasını isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve verilerinizin taşınabilirliğini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
Uygulama ile sunucu arasındaki tüm iletişim HTTPS (TLS) ile şifrelenir. Sunucuya erişim paylaşılan bir gizli anahtar ile korunur ve yapay zekâ sağlayıcısının API anahtarı istemciye hiçbir zaman gönderilmez. Buna karşın, internet üzerinden yapılan hiçbir aktarımın %100 güvenli olduğunu garanti edemeyeceğimizi belirtmek isteriz.
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan veri toplamayız. Böyle bir verinin bize ulaştığını fark ederseniz lütfen iletişime geçin; derhal sileriz.
Uygulamadaki tarot yorumları, yıldızname ve burç yorumları yalnızca eğlence amaçlıdır. Tıbbi, hukuki, finansal veya profesyonel tavsiye niteliği taşımaz ve bu tür kararlar için tek dayanak olarak kullanılmamalıdır.
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklik olduğunda bu sayfadaki "son güncelleme" tarihi değişir; kapsamlı değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yapılır. Bu sayfayı düzenli olarak gözden geçirmenizi öneririz.

This privacy policy explains how the Tarot Zen: Horoscope & Tarot
mobile application (com.tarot.zen) handles your personal data. By using the
app, you agree to this policy.
In short: No account is required and we never ask for your email or phone number. Your profile is stored on your device. When you request an AI reading, that information is sent to our server to generate the reading and is not stored on the server afterwards. Your reading history stays on your phone only.
The app is provided by the developer of Tarot Zen. For any privacy question, request or data-deletion enquiry:

Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes all of this permanently.
When you request a personalised reading (tarot spread or star chart), the following is sent to our server so the reading can be generated:
This data is not stored persistently on our server. Once the reading is generated, the request content is not retained: neither your profile details nor the reading text is written to our database. The result is returned only to your device, where it is saved.
The app does not collect: email address, phone number, account credentials, contacts, photo gallery, precise location or health data. There is no sign-up or login.
We do not sell your data and we do not market it to third parties for advertising. We rely on the following processors to operate the service:

Our server is hosted in Germany. Our processors' servers may be located outside the European Union; in that case the transfer takes place under the relevant provider's standard contractual clauses. Their policies: Google Privacy Policy, DeepSeek, Upstash.

Under the GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
All traffic between the app and our server is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS). Access to the server is protected by a shared secret, and the AI provider's API key is never sent to the client. That said, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe such data has reached us, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
The tarot readings, star charts and horoscopes in the app are for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial or professional advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for such decisions.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the "last updated" date on this page changes; for substantial changes we will also notify you inside the app. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
